There are an estimated 23 million school-age children with ADHD in China, yet many families lack reliable support, and free, family-friendly practice tools are especially scarce. This platform was co-founded by field experts, parents of children with ADHD, front-line teachers, and volunteers. It is a non-profit project. We provide scenario practice tools and evidence-based parenting resources free of charge, and we do not offer medical diagnosis. We hope to build an inclusive sky where every child with ADHD can be accepted, grow freely, and make progress through practice.
Drawing on mainstream international parenting and psychological education concepts, we design lightweight scenario practice sessions of 2–5 minutes. We do not diagnose or prescribe medication — we only aim to help children become aware of their emotions, read social cues, and practice regulating impulses, so they can live more comfortably and fit in with their peers. The project is permanently free, and all tools are open-source and self-developed. We hope every child with ADHD can have their own sky, where they are seen and embraced.
ADHD Kids' Sky provides free, lightweight emotional and social scenario practice tools for families affected by ADHD. We hope to reduce parenting stress, help children become aware of their emotions and practice self-regulation, so that every child can be understood and accepted.
To build an inclusive support space so that fewer families of children with ADHD feel alone. We hope society will see differences and respect each child's unique developmental pace, allowing every child with ADHD to grow freely and comfortably.
